Customer Profile
The client specializes in sea bass aquaculture and faces water quality challenges in daily operations, including excessive bacterial levels in raw water and elevated nitrite concentrations. There is an urgent need for efficient sterilization and nitrite degradation treatment of the aquaculture water. The hourly water treatment requirement reaches 100m³, demanding high processing efficiency and water quality safety.
Solution
Based on the client’s requirements, we provided a high-flow ozone water generator specifically designed for aquaculture. Featuring a dual-tank structure, the equipment ensures safe and stable water treatment through efficient ozone mixing with aquaculture water and residual ozone decomposition. The final solution delivers a treatment capacity of 100m³ per hour with ozone water concentration controlled at 2PPM, fully meeting sterilization and nitrite reduction needs.
Application Method
During operation, raw water first enters the first stainless steel mixing tank for thorough ozone blending, completing sterilization and nitrite degradation. The water then flows into the second decomposition tank for safe residual ozone breakdown. This ensures the treated water poses no harm to organisms in subsequent biochemical tanks or aquaculture ponds, safeguarding the entire farming environment.
Core Product Advantages
- Specifically designed for aquaculture with robust processing capacity of 100m³ per hour;
- Dual-tank structure combines efficient mixing and ozone decomposition for thorough, safe treatment;
Compared to traditional ozone generators, it better suits actual aquaculture scenarios with stable operation and easy maintenance.
Project Value
By introducing this ozone water generator, the client successfully resolved issues of excessive bacteria and nitrite in the raw water. This significantly improved the water environment for bass farming, boosting survival rates and production efficiency. The equipment operates stably and reliably, providing strong support for the farm’s long-term sustainable development.
