Solution

Tailored to the client’s newly built Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) with a 100m³/hour treatment requirement and the unique demands of fry cultivation, we precisely matched a 100T-capacity integrated ozone water generator designed for aquaculture. The core of this solution lies in precise control, maintaining the ozone concentration in the aquaculture water within the optimal range of 0.1-1 PPM. Application Method

We integrated the ozone generator with the ejector (Venturi tube) in the client’s recirculating water system for efficient coordination. As recirculated water passes through the venturi, the instantaneous negative pressure generated internally automatically and efficiently draws in ozone gas. This creates a vigorous mixing process with the water flow, forming minute bubbles. This method not only achieves instantaneous ozone dissolution, significantly enhancing sterilization efficiency, but also features a simple structure and stable operation. It seamlessly integrates into the customer’s existing recirculating water piping without requiring complex modifications.
